Jake Pipolo is part of a business built on precision, trust, and relationships. At 2 Labs Financial Services, he works with small to mid-sized businesses, especially law firms and nonprofits, to keep their books clean, organized, and stress-free so they can stay focused on what they do best.

Having been with the company for the past few years, Jake is quick to point out that his biggest win hasn’t just been professional, it’s also been personal. The opportunity to grow, step into responsibility, and represent a family business has shaped him in ways that go far beyond numbers on a spreadsheet.
And that growth is showing up.
A recent milestone that meant a lot to Jake was stepping into a leadership role as Co-Leader of his WPBA focus group, Tuesday After Hours Trinity. It’s the kind of moment that sneaks up on you. You show up, you stay consistent, and suddenly others start to see something in you that you’re still learning to recognize in yourself.

Like many businesses, one of the early challenges for Jake was simply getting comfortable talking about what they do. Bookkeeping is essential, but not always the easiest thing to make exciting in conversation. Through WPBA, Jake found himself surrounded by people who encouraged him, supported him, and yes...hyped him up even when the pitch didn’t come out perfectly.
That environment changed everything.
Through relationships built within WPBA, Jake has been able to continue and expand on the connections his family originally created, bringing in new business while building genuine, lasting partnerships. More importantly, those relationships have had a direct impact on his confidence.

He’ll tell you himself that his self-esteem has grown significantly since joining WPBA. And that shift has created a ripple effect. The more confident he feels, the more he shows up, and the more he’s able to support others in return.
What Jake loves most about WPBA is the family atmosphere. It’s a place where people want to see each other win, where growth is encouraged, and where showing up as you are is more than enough.
And while he may not claim to have all the answers about his industry just yet, he’s living proof that growth happens in the doing.
One fun fact about Jake is that he is a certified dog groomer and a first-degree black belt, which means he’s just as comfortable handling high-energy pups and kicking your butt as he is handling business numbers. A combination you don’t see every day.
Through growth, consistency, and a willingness to step into the next version of himself, Jake is building something meaningful both personally and professionally. And that’s exactly what WPBA is all about.
